This project presented a number of challenges due to its significant scale, tight delivery timeframe, and interstate location.

To meet the required deadlines, much of the fabrication was completed without the benefit of a full site measure. Our team adopted a strategic approach, progressing the majority of the works in advance while intentionally leaving select sections adjustable to accommodate final site dimensions. This ensured both efficiency in production and accuracy during installation. To maintain a high level of precision, we designed and manufactured a series of CNC laser-cut jigs, enabling consistent quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication process.

Once fabrication was complete, our team transported all materials and equipment to site with a crane truck and commenced installation. Through careful planning and coordination, the full installation was completed within one week.

The final result is a high-quality installation that meets both the technical requirements and aesthetic expectations of the project.
