We had the pleasure of working on a project for a local council. Initially, the design was composed mostly of angle iron. Our talented design team at Coded Welding & Fabrications saw an opportunity to optimise the process significantly. Through collaboration and innovation, we developed a far more efficient method to achieve the desired outcome. By laser cutting the parts as flat pieces with radiused corners, pre-cut holes, and bent angles, we were able to streamline the process. We even included etch lines to ensure precise alignment, eliminating the need for jigs.
